FEEDTORY TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Feedtory's services, including our consumer mobile application and brand portal dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. ABOUT FEEDTORY
Feedtory is a Danish company providing an intelligent content curation platform designed to restore digital dignity. We operate two distinct services:
Consumer App: A mobile application for curated brand updates and content filtering
Brand Portal: A professional dashboard for businesses to connect with consenting users
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using Feedtory, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
4.1 Consumer Accounts:
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4.2 Brand Accounts:
Business verification is required for brand portal access
You must have authority to represent the business you're registering
False business information may result in immediate account termination
5. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Consumer Users:
Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Respect intellectual property rights of content creators
Do not attempt to circumvent our content filtering systems
Report inappropriate content or technical issues promptly
5.2 Brand Users:
Submit only authentic, high-quality content
Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws
Respect user privacy and opt-in preferences
Do not attempt to contact users outside of Feedtory's platform
6. DIGITAL DIGNITY PRINCIPLES
Core Commitments:
User Control: All brand communications are strictly opt-in and user-controlled
No Manipulation: We do not use addictive algorithms or dark patterns
Transparency: Clear disclosure of all content sources and partnerships
Respect: Users can modify or revoke permissions at any time without penalty
7. CONTENT POLICIES
7.1 Prohibited Content:
Misleading, false, or deceptive information
Harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
Spam or unsolicited promotional material
Content that violates intellectual property rights
Illegal or regulated products/services without proper authorization
7.2 Content Moderation:
We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
Appeals process available for content decisions
8. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
8.1 Consumer Subscriptions:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase (Danish consumer rights)
8.2 Brand Portal Subscriptions:
Business pricing tiers with different feature access levels
Payment terms specified in your brand agreement
Late payment may result in service suspension
8.3 Cancellation:
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through account settings
Service continues until the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Feedtory's Rights:
Feedtory owns all rights to the platform, technology, and branding
Users grant us limited rights to display and distribute their content as necessary for service operation
9.2 User Content:
You retain ownership of content you submit
You grant Feedtory a non-exclusive license to use your content for service provision
You represent that you have rights to all content you submit
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference
We comply with GDPR and Danish data protection laws
Users maintain control over their personal data and communication preferences
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY DANISH LAW:
Feedtory's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
This limitation does not apply to personal injury or willful misconduct
13. TERMINATION
13.1 By Users:
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided
13.2 By Feedtory:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
We may discontinue services with 30 days' notice
Immediate termination allowed for serious violations or legal requirements
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by Danish law
Disputes will be resolved in Danish courts
14.2 Mediation:
We encourage good-faith resolution of disputes before litigation
Mediation services available through Danish consumer protection agencies
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements
Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
